10. Compliance and Legal Requirements

We do not engage in prohibited or restricted business activities

All services provide genuine business value with documented deliverables
10.2 Client Compliance

Client warrants they operate a legitimate business

Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Client must not use our services for any illegal or prohibited activities
10.3 Prohibited Uses
Client agrees not to use our services for:

Any illegal activities or businesses

Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
-
"Get rich quick" schemes or fraudulent activities

Any business listed in payment processor prohibited business lists

Deceptive or predatory business practices
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Client

Client may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice

Client remains liable for all work completed and expenses incurred

No refunds for completed work or prepaid services beyond current billing period
11.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate services immediately for breach of Terms

We may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason

Upon termination, all payment obligations become immediately due
